Students Meeting at CGC on 7th Jan. 2011
We would like to share the meeting details with Students at our CGC, Dildar Nagar which was held on 7th January 2011 from 12 PM to 1 PM.
Participants in Meeting:
1. Around 25 Students who were present in class from our CGC
2. Mr. Mohd Shahanshah Ansari (GS, KBF), Jb. Badrul Haq Khan Sb., Gorasara (EC Member)
3. Mr. Tufail Khan (Office In-Charge), Gorasara
Highlights of meeting:
1. Mr. Shahanshah Ansari shared the aims and objects of Forum with Students. He also shared the KBF's future plan for enrolled students under KBF CGC DLN. He also talked about our immediate plan for the students just after their board exam which is to get ready for the entrance exams for prominent institutions like AMU, JMI, BHU and Allahabad University etc. He motivated students to be regular in class and at least target for obtaining more than 80% marks in 10th board exam. He also shared how much your percentage matters when it comes to selection for good companies as most of the MNCs demand for throughout first class for freshers. He further motivated students to aim high for this board exam.
2. Current status on each subjects and its progress were discussed with Students at CGC. Students openly participated and shared their views on the progress of each subjects. Their major concern was on covering all the chapters of subjects which includes subjects like Maths and English as less no. of chapters has been covered so far but course content is more compared to other subjects. We have discussed this issue with teachers and solution for this will be shared in our next mail on Teachers Meet. It was noted during the discussion with students that no home work is getting assigned to students except English. Home work on each subjects is very much required in order to complete the syllabus on time which will also ensure that students are studying at home.
3. It was also noted that only one test has been conducted at our CGC so far where performance of students is not up to the mark. A weekly test is proposed by the teachers and teachers has emphasized to take the test every week in order to evaluate the performance of each students categorically so that a better performance can be ensured in coming board exam which is scheduled for UP Board Exam from 17th March to 4th April.
4. Feedback from students were taken on performance of each faculty members under CGC. Students are satisfied with the current teaching faculty members.
6. Students have liked our expert teacher's lectures which is used to get scheduled every Sunday based on need and Student's demand. Students have demanded to organize more such classes in future. Especially for those subjects which we are not arranged on regular basis like Hindi and History etc.
It was first time when people from managing committee heard the students. It was really a good experience interacting with our students and listening to their concern which will lead us to improve the teaching quality at our CGC. We believe this was very fruitful meeting and all necessary majors will be taken to ensure the success of each students registered under our CGC.
Report-Parent meet at CGC, DLN
We feel immense pleasure in sharing the discussions and feedback we received from Parents during our first Parents' meeting at CGC, Dildar Nagar. This parents' meet was held on 13th January 2011 from 12 PM-2 PM at our CGC, Dildar Nagar.
Participants:
1) 17 parents out of 30 turned up to our CGC and participated in meeting.
2) Khalid Ameer sb. (Manager, Kamsar, KBF) specially came to attend this meeting from Ghazipur.
3) Arshad Sb. (Local Supervisor and Biology Lecturer at CGC), Mr. Vinay Verma (English lecturer at CGC) and Mr. Tufail Khan (Officer Bearer , CGC) also participated.
4) Mr. Mohd Shahanshah Ansari (Excused Leave as was stuck in Varansi for Forum’s work)
Highlights of the Meeting:
1) Meeting started with the brief introduction of KBF by Khalid Ameer Sb. where aims, objective and about KBF Team were shared by him with the audience.
2) Progress report on each student was shared with their parents by Mr. Arshad Khan Sb. from Usia.
3) Parents showed immense pleasure on our initiative in form of setting up a coaching and career guidance cell at DLN for the benefit of Kamsaris and appreciated our effort to bring an educational revolution in Kamsar.
4) Some of the parents got very emotional while sharing their pleasure with us on the initiative taken by KBF. If I write the exact wordings of one the parent then it will be more or less like “Hamne Kabhi Socha nahi tha ki Hamare Bachon ke Liye Kamsar me koi is tarah se sochega aur Kam Karega….Agar Zaroorat padi to mai apne aap ko bech dunga apne bache ko padhane ke liye….aap log bataye ki mujhe kya kerna hoga……”. This is one of the example how parents expressed their feeling during the meeting. Emotion was flowing and Parents were overwhelmed while appreciating the efforts of KBF and its entire team.
5) Future plan of KBF and about entrance exams which is scheduled for AMU on 15th May 2011 and other institutions were discussed in detail with parents by Khalid Ameer Sb.
6) Parents are ready to support their children based on the recommendation received from KBF.
7) Parents also told that they have noticed pleasant changes in day to day activities of their children. They have told that children have taken studies more seriously than before and they are now concentrating on their studies.
8) It was decided to call for parent’s meeting every first Sunday of the month. Hence next Parent’s meeting is scheduled on 6th February 2011.
9) Meeting ended on a pleasant note and refreshment items (sweets, biscuits, Namkeen and tea etc.) were distributed among participants.

About CGC Project
To begin with, we have decided to start a Coaching and Guidance Cell which will train and prepare our boys of class 10th for their upcoming board exams as well as for different entrance exams of reputed Universities and Colleges such as Aligarh MuslimUniversity, Jamia Millia Islamia, Banaras Hindu University, and Allahabad University etc.
Basic Aims and Objective of our Coaching and Guidance Cell:The ultimate goal of this coaching and guidance cell is to prepare and enable students from Kamsar to crack entrance exams to get admission in 11th class for the following prestigious universities in India.
1. Aligarh Muslim University (AMU)10th is the building block for anyone’s career. Kamsar-o-Bar Forum has taken this initiative to secure the career of our boys in Kamsar. Those who are brilliant but financially deprived, Forum will provide them complete guidance free of cost to get into these prestigious universities which will not only secure their future but it will also instill confidence in such students. Education is the key for any community’s growth and illiteracy is root cause of all problems. Forum’s main objective is to empower people from Kamsar educationally and eradicate illiteracy from its root.

3. Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
4. Allahabad University etc.
When this program will start:
This coaching and Guidance Cell is starting from 15th Nov. 2010 in Dildar Nagar.
Admission Test:
Admission test for our coaching and guidance cell will commence on 7th Nov. 2010. All students from Science stream will be invited and are eligible to write the test.
Tuition Fees:
This coaching and guidance cell will be totally free for underprivileged students and very nominal fees will be charged from those who can afford.
Teaching Methodologies:
The Faculties and pattern/syllabus of teaching will be under strict Guidance of our highly qualified members of the Forum and Insha’Allah we are sure we can make it.
Courses covered under this training
Focus will be given to Science Courses which includes admission for PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Math) or PCB (Physics, chemistry and Biology) or Diploma Engineering in central universities like AMU, Allahabad, Jamia Millia and BHU etc.
Capacity (Intake) of Students
We will select top 30 students for the first batch based on screening test.
Training Duration
Training will be starting from 15 Nov. 2010 till February End for Board exam. Once Board exam is over in March classes will again start from April Onwards till the end of May for entrance exam preparation. So as a whole about 5 months training will be provided to 10th Class (Science Stream) students.
Screening Test
Screening test will be conducted on 7th Nov. 2010 to select capable students. It is highly important to ensure that our effort, resources and energy are not wasted. A paper of 1 hour will be given where few questions from all important subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology) will be asked. Type of Questions will be subjective as well as objective.
Test Venue and Timing:
Test will commence on 7th Nov. 2010 at 11 AM in SKBM Inter College, Dildar Nagar.
Teaching Staffs
Best teachers from Kamsar are hired for different subjects which includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math and English. There will be one dedicated teacher for each subject. These teachers are expert in their subject areas who will ensure the quality training. They will strictly follow our teaching methodologies which is designed by highly experienced professors who are member of this forum.
Course Materials
We will provide the course materials for the entrance test of all top university mentioned above.
Application Forms
Application forms can be collected from SKBM Inter College, Adarsh Inter College and Bara Inter College or from our office by a payment of Rs. 10 for each form from 28th October 2010 onwards.

खुद जली नहीं जलायी गयी थी सलमा
गाजीपुर: दिलदारनगर थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम जबुरना में नवविवाहिता सलमा खातून जली नहीं बल्कि दहेज में एक लाख रुपये की मांग कोलेकर ससुरालीजनों ने जला कर मार डाला। इस मामले में मृतका की माता उसिया निवासी रेहाना खातून पत्नी अहमद ने सलमा खातून के पति अकबर खां समेत पांच के खिलाफ गुरुवार की देर रात दहेज हत्या का मुकदमा पंजीकृत कराया। पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर अन्त्य परीक्षण के लिए भेज दिया। इस मामले में अभी किसी की गिरफ्तारी की सूचना नहीं है।
उसिया निवासी अहमद ने अपनी पुत्री सलमा का निकाह जबुरना निवासी मुनव्वर खां के पुत्र अकबर के साथ छह माह पूर्व किया था। कुछ दिन सब कुछ ठीक-ठाक चला लेकिन बाद में एक लाख रुपये की मांग को लेकर ससुरालीजनों व सलमा के बीच विवाद शुरू हुआ। इसकी शिकायत उसने अपनी मां से की थी। इसी क्रम में दोपहर में ससुरालीजनों ने सलमा को जला कर मार डाला। इस मामले में ससुर मुनव्वर, सास खुशबूनिसा, पति अकबर, देवर नौशाद व जावेद के खिलाफ भादवि की धारा 498ए, 304बी व 3/4 डीपी एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है। इस बाबत पूछे जाने पर थानाध्यक्ष हरेराम मौर्य ने बताया कि अभी तक किसी अभियुक्त की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद मामले का खुलासा होगा।

Academic staff interview
In the continuation of arranging the interview with teaching staff, Prof.Shafiullah Sb & Dr. Ehtsham contaced Mr. Malik (M.Sc in Mathematics) and talk to him at length. Interview divided into two parts, one is admistrative kind of questions and another is academiac questions. He was very surprised that this forum has a very systematic kind of program.
Any way, we have shortlisted this man as he has promised to proof his caliber within a ten days of teaching. We couldn't reached Mr. Hemant shukla for the subject of Chemistry as his mobile was switched off. All of you are requested to foraward the name and contact numbers of some more staff of English and Biology. We want to choose the best staff among all as they will be the backbone of our coaching and guidance cell.
Earlier we had an interview with Mr. Sarfarz Khan for the subject of physics and short listed him.
